Pilton Retreat is a haven for leisure and activity in a different, outdoor environment. Any type of organisation can hire the Retreat and use the facilities. MYDG manages the Retreat and handles bookings.
YOUR BOOKING WILL HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF ALL FACILITIES DURING YOUR VISIT.

Residential Visits
Have full use of the whole centre for a self catering stay. Max 22 people.

Hire the space for Team Development, Training Days, Planning Sessions or whatever you need. Max 30 people.

Residential Accommodation
- Fully accessible ground floor accommodation, including toilet and shower with handrails.
- Six bedrooms - 22 beds (5 bedrooms with bunkbeds, 1 room with 2 single beds)
- Fantastic kitchen facilities
- All bed linen/duvets/pillows are supplied. Our beds have water resistant mattresses and extra protective sheets can be supplied if required.
- There is a lounge area with sofas/chairs, TV, DVD, CD/cassette/radio, children’s books and toys.

We will ensure that all facilities are ready and appropriate to your needs, and we will make your group familiar with equipment, premises, and grounds.
Arrival and departure times will be agreed with you when you book and/or at the point of finalising arrangements. A staff member is available on an ‘on-call emergency basis’ for any premises related problems which need immediate attention.
As we only accommodate one group per booking you will have exclusive use of the premises and grounds.
We accept day-bookings for day / part-day visits. A residential stay is based on number of nights. Normal residential visit arrival times are 2.00pm onwards, with a departure time of 11.00am. When possible, we can vary these times if required.
